Your every input should be safe and never lost. It’s rather pathetic to me that we haven’t reached the level of typewriter yet.

One of my biggest gripes with the way we design computers and various softwares is that we do not prioritize the user and the data the user puts in.

Your every input should be safe and never lost. No excuse for it in 2016. Actually, there’s never BEEN a good excuse for that, imo. We’re “used to it” but we really shouldn’t be.

Consider: A manual typewriter, ink and paper does a better job than any software at saving your data. It’s rather pathetic to me that we haven’t reached the level of typewriter yet.
