Elie Wiesel’s influence has made a tremendous mark yet adoration for Hitler as somewhat of a comical hero has been growing in younger generations especially – perhaps as backlash against excessively one-sided historical narrative [ie – the kids got sick and tired of hearing how evil this funny looking guy with the mustache was from school].
