There’s statistics for everything. Statistically, each of those groups should have more that are working but they’re not. Now any large company like DISH network for example has no reason not to hire from a range of people but they probably haven’t been. So they’ll set aside a FEW jobs – usually very few — and put out job postings like this. The rest of their jobs won’t have this Jobs for Humanity but a few will.
