You don’t get what you want. You get what you expect. There is a huge difference.

You underestimate sleep’s power to reconfigure thought patterns allowing you to SEE opportunities you might have missed, had you simply stayed awake without rest.

There *is* a bright new opportunity in each day because you are _not_ the same person you were before you went to sleep. Literally not.

Not all people suffer from indifference and laziness.

I have changed my sleep pattern to sleep twice a day BECAUSE I get TWO DAYS in ONE. I take full advantage of the power or rather, the “waking up”.

Example: A difficult question or a curiousity, you really only have to think it before you sleep. Not worry. No emotion. Just a question. You tell yourself you will wake up with an answer.

Keep a notepad and pen by the bed, because there is a good chance you will, especially once you do this for a while.

YOU GET what you Expect. No one is free of their expectations and this doesn’t mean you get what you WANT. You don’t get what you want. You get what you expect. There is a huge difference.

Expect a million dollars? No, wrong word. That’s a want.

Seems a subtle difference but it’s not.
