yet by my refusing to give it a _name_ and instead describe the process _as I understand it_… it reduces (to me) misinterpretation.

Generally though, precisely because of cultural and societal baggage, as much as I want to give what I described a name, such as: atman, soul, atmos, breath, self, nature, mind, body, understanding, world-soul…

… I like to keep the description the description. I don’t mind if one person says, “That’s atmos” and another says “that’s soul”, and another says, “that’s an illusion”…. as it aids their understanding of the ‘gist’…

..yet by my refusing to give it a _name_ and instead describe the process _as I understand it_… it reduces (to me) misinterpretation.

In short, I let people compress to their favorite word at will, but I retain my less-compressed definition (which is compressed enough as it is) by not assigning it to a single term myself.
