I would find it unlikely they would entirely be doing it under duress but instead recognize that being unable do basic human rescue on a mother and kids because Texas put razor wire up all willy nilliy haphazardly without working with Homeland Security properly, — well simply being STATE and going against FEDERAL agents even – it’s enough to make them sympathetic to cutting down the wires Texas put up
