Yes – that’s a better tag for it. Somebody I don’t know had just shared about 15 of my videos and I wondered if they all had something in common. And I noticed they were all about animals finding solutions, finding causes, ingenuity, and in novel situations. So I think I might have a theme and didn’t know it.

Last two have been black and white laser. Don’t need it much. Last one was brilliant on toner: 1 penny per page – but it was old wifi style and too much trouble to get it talking with newer equipment.
So we got this one. Also b&w laser – a little more per page (I think 3.5-5 cents – still reasonable – way way cheaper than the ink ones).

Perfect. Scans. Copies. Prints.
But I hardly scan. I hardly copy. I hardly print.
So it sleeps a lot but it wakes up in a snap of a finger like a sleeping giant. So, it’s worth it.
What floors me is I can tell my computer on the porch “I’m going to receive a scan now”, go over to the machine way off in the living room, and just start scanning.
They all show up on my computer on the porch perfectly.
I only did it twice so far but I am amazed. It’s how things always should’ve worked. I don’t do that kind of stuff anymore but I’m glad they perfected it now.

But 99.99% of the time when I want to ‘scan’ a document, I hold my phone over it and take a picture. I’m so used to that now.
