without packet delay, there’s no pseudo-synchronization.

without packet delay, there’s no pseudo-synchronization. Helpful too is that humans are slow and need lag time. So, multiplayer gaming is possible across far apart systems, so long as internet lag time + local processing system (console / computer / tablet / phone) < human irritability time.

Best case gives illusion of synchronousness.

I’ve always been one to use snippets of other people’s code or ideas or concepts. Then my inner tapestry machine puts together something that fits my preferred internal models and hopefully expands or clarifies them, even worldview changing if warranted.

lol i never expect total correctness. 🙂 I expect things to stop in one form then transfer into another form, so ‘total’ [termination] is sorta iffy unless no information is passing.

well yeah. After all, isn’t a circle but a special case where you have superimposed radii of an ellipse?

ellipse

Of course if you look at a circle from the side, it’s a line. If you look at a line from the side, it’s a point. If you look at a point from the side you get a point. If you look at a point from the side, you get a point…
