Why would we worry about it? Be aware of it? Sure. But worry? Not our job. Unless worrying is one of our hobbies.

Oh this has little to do with religion. I’m talking about living vicariously through others more than anything.

For example: It’s important to look out for asteroids.

Well, sure, it’s important for someone to look out for asteroids.

Are *YOU* looking out for asteroids? Am I? Is

Maybe.

Or… maybe we’re living vicariously through the worries of those whose job it is to worry about such things. The military. The scientists. The people who watch for them as a hobby.

But any of us?

Why would we worry about it? Be aware of it? Sure. But worry? Not our job. Unless worrying is one of our hobbies.
