Who appears on the ballot is mostly up to the Secretary of State or other mechanisms used by the individual states for the REST of the entries on the ballot. If Colorado decides not to print Trump’s name on the ballots, I think that is fine, so long as he is allowed to campaign for write-in in Colorado like anybody else and has full free speech. Colorado would not automatically affect anybody else. It would also open things up for 3rd party write-in campaigns not being lock-stepped into THIS or THAT choice
