Which were the same people? Is it possible there are at least TWO DIFFERENT mindsets that want gun control? One who wants to raise age limits and another that is proud of the kids for engaging in the civic process?

Is it possible there are at least TWO DIFFERENT mindsets that want gun control?

One who wants to raise age limits and another that is proud of the kids for engaging in the civic process?

You say ” I’m in favor of consistent logic” and yet you cannot articulate a proper, clear subect.

So far, it’s zero. Perhaps if you said, “The problem with the gun control movement is”. But “many of the same people” is an illogical assertion if that does not even exist.

In short, you made it up. It’s making a man out of straw.

===

“Let’s say, for the sake of argument that many people like this exist. Would the following two statements be logically consistent? Why or why not?”

===

I’ll be happy to argue it as a hypothetical.

t’s not though. You presented a poor statement to argue against. Improve the statement with integrity to the logic and I will be happy to join the melee.

===

Ok, so that is what you are asserting using a hypothetical example. Got it. I can work with that as a hypothetical thought experiment, supposing such an argument was made by many people (but only objectively by you), in order to see that *if* many people or even ONE other person attempted to hold such an inconsistent position, would they be silly and wrong?
