When i’ve had to be in leadership roles, I can do it but I treat people how I like being treated:

Depends on personality and how much scope of a project one wants to deal with.

I don’t like being “micro managed” but I like a specific clear set of requirements set before me and an open door in case I have questions but otherwise let me go about it my own way.

When i’ve had to be in leadership roles, I can do it but I treat people how I like being treated: I’m specific and attempt to be clear, leave my door open for questions but otherwise leave people alone to do things their own way, only checking up when things are too quiet for too long.
