What is the name of the condition or conditions where somebody speaks their every thought? In those cases, what are the symptoms of their condition? Is there a chemical in the brain that is higher or lower? What about brain lesions? Are their brain lesions in certain parts of the brain that causes it? What are the coping skills for those who cannot filter the thoughts? What are the treatment for this condition? And is this related to attention? The two second window where your thoughts occur?

If so, the people who have the condition where they continually speak their train of thought, our may have some more of the answers I’m seeking.
First go through the science of everything. The mechanics, what’s known,. Stick to the hard sciences. You can also use psychology, but only old-fashioned psychology where it’s backed up by testing. Only when you are completely satisfied that you have a working model of the whole system, then look up coping skills used by Occupational therapists to treat people with the conditions that affect those parts of the brain. Also look up coping skills used in popular outlets like Alcoholics Anonymous, religion, transcendental meditation, Buddhism, prayer, meditation.
It’s at that point that you can look up autobiographical accounts of the problems that people have had with it, and the solutions they came up with – the coping skills. But these things should only be done after you have done the hard sciences. Because, it’s easy to get dragged away by a good story. And lose your focus.
Because we are programmed to remember best through storytelling.
Stories are procedural first this happened then this happened and the other thing happened. 12345. Works in a series of time.
I believe, that this brings the explicit and implicit memories into synchronicity with each other. Perhaps it is stories and procedures that link together the conscious and unconscious mind. It also explains why you never forget how to ride a bike, but you never forget the powerful story. They’re both the same.
