What gets me more than the house, is the DRIVEWAY. Erosion will occur on the left and right sides. Any tar or car drippings that roll off the sides are trapped ON THE PROPERTY, and won’t go more than a few inches around it. Will any of it reach three feet down into the water table to affect water quality? It’s not near any bodies of water that reach to the Gulf or Lake O. I can’t see any environmental impact whatsoever that would extend beyond the borders of the property line or even beyond a foot at ground of the “horizontal structures”. If it does, I’d like to see a scientific study showing it. I bet it doesn’t exist.
