well, the official US answer is: could go either way and really it’s the only right answer to give. Considering the global and highly local impact the whole thing had (and has still) – [my own doctor died of covid – guy that did my bloodwork, did minor office surgeries, etc – a rare general practitioner in the days where they’re all but gone] – politically there’s REALLY nothing to be gained to make that distinction.
