I believe a lot of TA work led into Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which is I think in the same family of “positive psychology”, whereby instead of everything being illnesses and problems, they provide actionable solutions you can apply immediately to assist in solving these dilemmas on your own, with the goal of eventually no longer needing extra assistance
