Well, I go about things the long way ’round whereas if I could be succinct, I’d just be succinct. For example, right now I’m putting into LibraryThing a sample book representing every Wikipedia page I looked at in the past year in order to better understand my interests so that I can know where to investigate more deeply. It’s absolutely ridiculous but I learn a lot along the way. I push my stuff through AI things to learn a bit, this is another route I just started. I got confirmation that I like algorithms but only when it’s written in pseudo-code and even then I only like the “idea” of algorithms and how they work and not actually doing anything with them. I think if I was more succinct I’d just… I dunno, probably not go through all this navel-gazing.
