Well, everything else follows through implication from acceptance. Accepting doesn’t always or even necessarily EVER mean agreement but what it does mean is incorporation.
So the feelings have a place in you to go, no longer foreign entities.
Perhaps some of them go into a box marked, “angry beast: DO NOT OPEN”. So that’s where they go to. They have a space.
Other emotions will be more useful and can result in changing thinking or behavioral patterns.
So you incorporate the emotions in you somehow.
Once incorporated, they become part of your composition. Composure.
