There’s nothing in the Scout value system that’s exclusive to boys. It’s about being a good citizen of the nation and the planet.
Other nations’ Scouting programs are for all kids; the USA has been trailing behind for a long time.
The Cub Scout program will include girls starting in 1918… 2018 I mean. The dens will remain all boy and all girl and the path to Eagle Scout will be figured out and launched by 2019.
