Wealth has no correlation to IQ. Family wealth improves the ability for students to do better on tests for a number of reasons (which I simplified to “being able to afford special lessons” but implies all of the ‘why’ a family might choose to pay for such things). There’s correlation of IQ to income earning potential for the student but I was referring to background, not outcome.
