We can’t see all the colors yet on current technology.

They have monitors costing thousands of dollars for ultra precision color that still can’t full reproduce certain colors. Limits of the technology. I’m not sure but I *think* florescence can’t be reproduced properly on any current technology, nor can iridescence or proper reflections from metal or crystals.

It’s logical why but still a little disappointing they haven’t figured it out yet. I mean it would take several overlapping layers to begin to reproduce the multi-layered effects inherent in nature… but our video cards and displays currently struggle with achieving a retina resolution, which REALLY shouldn’t be that difficult.

So, I keep waiting smile emoticon

Thankfully, just as I suffered with monochrome amber screens, and 16 color Tandy 640×200 or whatever it was… and suffered with various video technologies through the years, it’s better now. HD is really nice, and I like my iPhone 5s. But it’s never good enough for me smile emoticon
