Very well said. It so reminds me of how US police tend to exclusively control the crime narratives. They are the storytellers and any alternative narrative would be considered “angry” – and presumably dismissable.
Thank goodness for a camera-in-every-pocket now. Even in states like Florida were they recently instituted a VERY LARGE swath of distance between bystanders and officers required, they remain indepensible tools for at least affording alternative storytelling which be be used to compare/contrast.
