and regarding organizing naming themselves almost “the same” so that they all look alike and snatch people from each other, this is so common it blows my mind too.
It’s a LITTLE better now, but for a long time, there were THREE LOCAL FORUMS on Facebook, all with the same name.
There was one, but then there were a few that got kicked out. So they started their OWN group and started POACHING members from the other group.
Someone disgusted with both groups started a THIRD group, all of which with the same name.
FINALLY, the original group RENAMED ITSELF and became the best group of all, with the two splinter groups still going strong, each a little different from one another.
