t’s *supposed* to be boring. But the brainwaves tell the story

Me neither. But I wanted to pick an absurd example that nobody tried and slow it down. After all, who gives respect to Muzak, the scientifically designed music programme designed to keep workers working – energized at the right times, relaxed at other times. And — it actually works. Even predates BF Skinner I think but it’s the same kind of mindset.

The work put into it was amazing. You’d never know it. It’s *supposed* to be boring. But the brainwaves tell the story. Alpha waves, beta waves gamma waves, all activate at appropriate times.

Some schools are doing the same kind of thing now but with lighting changes instead of music changes. Works.

Well, the piecing happens at 3 minutes and 30 seconds. But the rest is the stretched out. So you’re hearing the overtones stretched out as well. Gaps made longer. Beautiful gaps, music dancing within.

I know. and agree. I face my demons from time to time and emotional manipulation in music is one of them.

You probably heard me say it before, I dunno, but I basically stopped watching TV after a few moments of the ASPCA “Arms of an Angel” commercial. I never felt so angry because I *felt* myself feeling sympathy for images of dogs zooming in, when just prior to that commercial I was feeling happy.

In my mind I was thinking, “HOW DARE YOU!” – and thought of all the people opening up their wallets and pocketbooks to ease the misery.

Now the ASPCA is a good cause but I didnt want to start hating them because of their choice of funding machinery. So I turned it off. But ended up saying “screw it” to TV for the most part after that as well for a few years… except Doctor Who. Gotta watch that.

I *think* I may have found a way to isolate the hiding overtones that bridge the main fundamentals together. I’m encoding it now into a video. Sounds much different. Haven’t heard it all the way through yet but I’m excited that there *is* in fact something there and that it’s not only my brain changing its focus, although that’s still a huge part of the experience.

It’s like finding ghosts superimposed on reality that were there the whole time, just shifted one dimension out of reach
