To greatness?
Need for Self-actualization.

All the negative traits listed aren’t “greatness” but lust for power.

In fact, look up self-actualization on Google. I just took a peak and yeah, it’s this.“the realization or fulfillment of one’s talents and potentialities, especially considered as a drive or need present in everyone.”

I’m a firm believer that everybody is capable of greatness. Every single human being on earth. Doesn’t mean everybody will succeed but it’s not an easy metric.I think we’re each in different parts of the pyramid at once. You don’t complete a level then level up to the next one but work on each simultaneously.

So, bits of each, wavering. Self-actualization is as far as I hope for and I get bits of that daily. It’s a sense of walking in the shoes that fit me.

“subjective well-being” is the closest equivalent I can think of to “how to know” where they’re at with self-actualization.
