I’ve been really enjoying LibraryThing’s xref with Wikipedia. They managed to take a lot of the book references on Wikipedia and cross link them with the LibraryThing pages for them – and I’ve been using it to do a fun hyperlink hop around, going from book, to wikipedia articles that referenced it, to finding other books referenced by that article, and seeing how THOSE books show up on Wikipedia and going to other topics..meanwhile looking at their Dewey Decimal numbers to find sister-books in the same ddc Call number. ..it’s like going to a big library. I’m loving it.
