Time as the inverse of rhythm/tempo ? Oh that’s interesting. You’re talking music theory here I think.
So time (as change) is the change which happens inbetween the beats of the rhythm.
Since the rhythm is a reoccurring thing, it has a changeless quality to it but the music that happens inbetween the beats of the rhythm is the change: the Time.
Music is fascinating in that the tempo creates its own universe; it’s own spacetime.
While it’s contained *within* the larger spacetime of the Universe, it’s not constrained by it.
The experience of time that occurs when experiencing music is amazing. Time is not an illusion. Music provides experiential proof of this. But Time is very flexible.
