This was very nice. They may have disagreed in their outlook but their intentions were the same. They both attempted to uphold the US Constitution to the best of their understanding. They were buddies, going to the opera together, on trips overseas. Their families had Christmases together. Scalia would make her arguments stronger, even though they are not what he would’ve written, because they were friends and supported each other, even though one might think them bitter enemies. They were not.
