There’s stuff in there about not causing undue hardship for the employer. The main difference is that previously the employer had a vastly stacked deck but this gives a little more say for employees. I mean, it’s not like they’re getting paid for those times they’re off. Some will push the envelope and it’ll be interesting to see what happens next.
