There’s no incentive to have free clinics in a 100% for-profit privatized healthcare system.
 
Look at Sweden, once leftist, has swung far over to the right in a lot of things, including extreme privitization of healthcare.
 
While some things have certainly improved, other things have gone down hill. One example is a place that was weighing adult diapers to see if they were full enough to be changed in order to save money. [if it can technically hold 5 lbs of shit, then they’ll just have to wear it until it’s full of 5 lbs of shit ’cause $$$$].
 
I think a hybrid system is the pragmatic answer. Extremes in either direction lead to ridiculous situations cropping up in actual reality that never should see the light of day.
