The way “Monster Mash” takes 2D line drawings you make, inflates them and turns them into bendable 3D objects that you can animate easily brings a nice *almost* closure to study I was doing in line drawings back in early 2020. https://monstermash.zone/ I have to see if I can make the “inflation” notion work as that’s different from what I was doing which is hard-lines to 3D BUT I looked at the whitepapers behind this and otherwise they follow exactly the “how line drawings simulate 3D” that I was researching.
