The mindset is foreign. They genuinely believe the vote was stolen, that this was the last chance of democracy. That it is up to them and only them to take down “the swamp” once and for all, one final heroic charge.
Remember they were promised 100% mathematically perfectly guaranteed that Trump was going to win.
Republican lawmakers, reps, even my own Gov got on TV and says “it’s mathematically impossible for Trump to lose”.
It was a big, well constructed lie that went on for months before the election and kept growing.
and it’s fully possible they didn’t all KNOW it was a lie, if at all, even higher up. I mean, Ted Cruz? I’m sure he knew 100%. He’s slick enough to slip on by and get away with anything. But my governor? I think he believed 100%.
—-There was a temporary alliance of different groups at play that came together once, and only once, for a “last hurrah” that was promised for months and months. Now that it’s over, the FBI is involved, security beefed up in response, people going to court, leaders such as 8chan’s Q telling the people “it’s all over, go home now” (but there’s two or three Q’s I think), the bubble burst for _the majority_.They will be satisfied with the darkly sarcastic memes, the joe biden sleepy sniffy old swamp ghosts-voted etc and they’ll be satisfied with that for the next four years.Others will stay deeper and continue “ringing the bell” with “will turn america gay or communist or china or globalism or atheist” or whatever as they’ve been saying for decades about whatever democrat is the focus of the day.I would bet those two groups would be easily over 50% of the total group. .So, who is left is the hard-core. It will be a smaller number and they’re a concern. But they won’t get the critical mass of people they had before. at least half is pure personality cult and mostly satisfied with paranoia or dark sarcasm.I think who’s left will be very dangerous indeed. But it won’t be the mass. I could be wrong though. Maybe it’s possible whip it up again, I don’t know.
