The main BS is the notion that it’s such a women problem because hormonal imbalance due to birth control pills that men with their facial hair and steady testosterone don’t have to worry about. You make it a binary thing and it’s not. Many women have facial hair. Many men do not. Both facial hair men and women have issues with skincare as do non-facial hair men and women. Sometimes facial hair causes additional problems with skin. It’s possible that being in the business you see an exaggerated amount of people with these kinds of problems that fit the archetype you laid out. But I’m not in the business and there’s men and women that have skin problems, sometimes related to makeup and sometimes “it just is what it is”.

That’s why I said you were speaking a mixture of truth and fiction. Your caricatured cartoonish portrayal of distinctions between men and women here went too far.
Dial it back a bit and it’d be alright.

I’m not talking about exceptions. I think your exaggerations are the exceptions. The rule is both men and women suffer from skin issues regardless of makeup usage but of those women that abuse makeup such as pancake or have a bad routine likely established when they were preteens and never got out of, they suffer from reoccurring skin issues much of which is of their own making.
But do most women suffer from bad skin problems from using expired makeup products, or pancake, or poor hygiene routines?
No. But some do.l

You see the bad cases.
But most women figure out decent makeup hygiene by the time they reach adulthood.
