The court case is finished so I’m not arguing that. A ruling, whatever it is, is the ruling and that’s that. Future events, future parents who want their children to be future Kyle Rittenhouses is my concern. Those parents now have a template to follow for THEIR kids about children, how the system may function in a similar situation, and what options they have for their children to be heroes for their causes. It won’t be the same. But they’ll think it is.

I happen to like America. Vigilantism is dangerous, however just it may be found in court after the fact.

He’s a vigilante who was found not guilty of murder by a jury of his peers after taking the law into his own hands by reason of self-defense.

The case emboldens future vigilantes in their dreams. The new American precedent is set. I remember it after zimmerman in FL and what it did with Castle Doctrine and even if the Rittenhouse case is NOT a castle doctrine law, governors will use it as one to ensure they get votes by their preferred group of voters.
Is what it is. Such is America.
