the concept of a Secular History that’s *devoid* of religious context is *very new* to World History, and introduces a lot of bias from the “Age of Reason” and such

Yeah, it takes a LOT of perspectives to get a rounded view of history. It’s unfortunate that there’s really not an Integrated World History just yet.

Historians keep trying.. but there’s a LOT of perspectives to go through.. and a lot of tribal bias to overcome. So we each kinda have to piece it together for ourselves as best we can.

I actually like comparing the perspectives of history through different religions that _were actually there_ because they try to keep their cultures intact as much as possible. Compare this bias against that bias and they smooth each other out a bit.

But when someone comes at history from a purely Secular perspective, THEIR BIAS is _really late_ in the game, because the concept of a Secular History that’s *devoid* of religious context is *very new* to World History, and introduces a lot of bias from the “Age of Reason” and such.
