True, except for one thing: The computers are being *built* by the very same brains that they’re trying to surpass.
They may go faster, but will they be capable of anything that we aren’t theoretically capable of, given enough time and manhours?
I don’t think they are. Anything we create _must_ be limited by our our own potentials, plus the potentials of the constraints of physics.
Even if something outguns in speed and agility, we’ll be able to catch up and figure it out and surpass it.
The only time we’d have to worry if an alien that programmed a computer with a *different* logic system that humans are entirely _incapable_ of EVER comprehending. Then we’d be screwed.
