The brag-complain about taxes is probably a sort of sly way of saying, “I own much real estate for sale RIGHT NOW in Roselle Park and pay taxes on all of it so come on down to the Rolls Royce of Real Estate”…
I know all the books on “HOW TO MARKET” tell you to do this – and the 2010s method adds “Stir up controversy for visibility” and “grammar and spelling errors keep people’s eyes on you and by extension your product/service” but do you have to roll it up all at once?
It’s working. Subversive advertising. It works.
