The Anthropocentic bias … they really gotta lose it.

It shows to me more about the neophyte level those scientists are at:

Really? REALLY!? Anybody who works with animals knows they recognize people and other animals AND can distinguish them apart from one another, all to different degrees of course.

Ugh. “Really surprising”. If that surprised them in 2015, then they haven’t progressed very far in their understanding of animal intelligence.
