Thaw a handful of frozen blueberries for a minute in the microwave. Add a teaspoon or two or more of Greek yogurt # it’s 2 to 4 times thicker than regular yogurt # and there you go.
I like tart. If you like sweet, they found that artificial sweeteners actually make vitamins and things stronger, while sugar makes the weaker.. So if you want it sweeter, this is a good case for fake sugar.
You see, instead of fighting high blood sugar, the good things in the blueberries and yogurt end up fighting with the sugar that you just added instead.
But I stay out of all that and eat it tart.
