The concept of “faith” always seemed to elude me but perhaps it’s because I overcomplicated it as a kid. I’d expect faith to be some kind of emotion, a feeling, a sense. But if it’s the recognition that “yes, there’s things we can’t see that are there just the same”, well, I don’t have any emotional attachment to that. I just accept it as fact. Of course there’s things that go beyond our senses and current measuring tools. So maybe I understood faith all along but was trying to over complicate it.
