Is it one person or two? People are legal entities; there’s one person until they’re in two separate containers; or can be separated – usually around 25 weeks maybe down to 20 now, I’m not up to date.
So if the State wants it, the State can have it. It’s the womb bearer’s decision but the State is more powerful and has more say.

Right now, in the USA the State (USA) is allowing “states” to decide for the womb bearer what they can and cannot do.
So, 13 states are deciding for the womb bearer. They are in control of her body through this process, much as how suicide is illegal even though it’s your body.
