Thank you for that. I think we’re on the same page about them. They have some great points and good ideas that communities can draw from but I can’t stand behind them as a model I can promote.
Being backed by the Bush Foundation tells me a lot of what I want to know too. It’s not awful awful and is certainly a lot better than what a lot of communities are doing now, so I can see city planners drawing inspiration from it, so long as it’s not adopted in whole.
