bananas! electrolyte levels – dang, forgot about that. i think my cramps are “defensive spasms” – they kick in overdrive when i try to make my body do something it doesn’t want to do but they they don’t knwo when to stop. but I’ll up my electrolytes just in case – calcium, magnesium and potassium… not sure what the other electrolytes are, but tthat’s a few… “
