Swimming is the BEST sleep inducer

^Swimming is the BEST sleep inducer – no drugs required! But the darn rain got in the way of swimming the past 5 days. Only walked about 50 times around the house this time – didn't want a sweat-soaked shirt again – just beads of sweat and that "exercise high" – but it was later, and I rode a bike two or three times late afternoon with D. (he didn't join me on the walk – it's late) so that's enough exercise for one day.^
