Surprising isn’t it? See, it’s politics. My agreeableness is showing in that I am expressing my desire for an overall worldwide agreement and harmony. I see the limits of agreement and harmony as global, not limited to a facebook wall or a particular nation.

Why? I understand why I came up as 90% agreeable. I may not be explaining it well but I do try.

I’m not a good team player though. Never was. Maybe I lied on the test and should retake it. But in any situation, I try to see what is the weakest member, either present or referred to, and usually support that member.

I don’t see Jes as weak. I don’t see you as weak. So, I express freely what I’m thinking/feeling as I see you both as equals, a bit smarter than me so I am always challenged.

Yeah, I get that way in groups sometimes. Not in person so much but online I allow myself to extrovert more, show a bit more of what’s inside.

I’ve been communicating online for so long (since 1989) that I don’t take any particular conversation _too_ seriously but I enjoy the back and forth tussle, watching my own opinions and those of others change as it goes, trying to figure out when it’s the right time to step back and shake hands or carry on and see where it goes.

My ultimate goal is diplomacy. I want to reach a point where each member can agree somewhat. “agree to disagree” is unsatisfying but having a few points of agreement is satisfying.
