No. To me hate is an emotion welling up from deep within a human being. I judge him as I do anybody who’s my age harsher than people younger and older. And I judge people in powerful positions, especially when they pretend to be “just like us” and convince people of that. (that is, those that encourage parasocial relationships, which I consider very irresponsible). But that’s not hate. That’s holding an adult responsible. Why adults treat powerful celebrity adults like poor children that need coddling is beyond me. Musk is not unique to me in this way.

Many many children stories are horror They do serve a purpose though When it’s just the right amount of scary, it’s a safe environment to explore various feelings safely. Children after the age of 3.5/4 know the difference between fantasy and reality. Of course adults lie to children so they believe things that aren’t always true but if they know it’s fantasy they know what’s fantasy or reality But there’s limits. There’s been a lot of safe horror on YouTube for the past couple of years that’s actually impressively at the exactly the right range for small children to process. The whole skibidi toilet war between the camera heads and the toilet guys is perfectly fine for 4 to 11 years old – they each get different things out of it. All made by one guy and embraced by generation Alpha like I’ve never seen. The hugy wugy blue creature with all of the teeth is popular on every country for 3 to 7 year olds. I thought it was just my little ne but then I started to see it on all the different YouTube shorts and Instagrams and stuff and it’s worldwide. However, horror made for older teenagers and adults don’t belong in front of kids eyes My oldest niece who’s now in her late 20s I think was exposed to the Leprechaun movie by a babysitter at the age of four We finally had a trip to go to Ireland to go to a wedding – the only overseas trips I’ve made. She was about 9 years old and she loved Ireland but no use for leprechauns whatsoever. She would look away or duck a little when she would saw one in a store window She got over it by the time she was a teenager but still it wasn’t necessary. My sister dropped that babysitter after she found out they were watching leprechaun
Yes, but the only thing they care about with Twitter is finding bad guys doing bad things on it, possibly including the head boss. But most of the investigations of Musk have to do with his relationships with foreign leaders and foreign corporations. He’s wealthy enough to get whatever the mood strikes him which makes him a security risk, particularly considering all of the billions of $$$ in Grant money the US Government issues him for his various projects. If he wasn’t so deeply tied into the US Federal Government grant money, there might be less of a call to investigate.
Here’s work I did with Latent Dirichlet allocation – various visualizations I did of – all based on stuff from that ugly website which was a collection of writings. I don”t remember if this sample set was 1989-2013 or from 2013-2021 – I think it’s 2013-2021 which is a better reflection of recent interests. Of course each time I narrow down to master topics, I found that it was just as possible to narrow down to OTHER master topics that were similar but not the same. I think I did end up with conclusions though. Somewhere in my notes, I believe the interdisciplinary “Cognitive Science” was the most likely catch-all that could catch-most and from there branching off to more specific areas. – as Cognitive Science covers linguistics, mathematics, philosophy, computer science, neuroscience and psychology I think.
h it’s a hot mess. But I made my first rule: 1) collect everything in one place. I never did get to 2) My problem was and is categories. I did a lot of obsessive work over trying to understand the nature of categorization and which categories would apply to me and what I’m interesting in over the past few years. I made some really pretty (I think) graphs and charts. I did gain an understanding so there’s that although what pragmatic use it went to I ‘m not sure yet.
Ah yes. At computer. What you described so well. Ah ha! i found the concept name I was seeking and I’ll write something new about it here. The concept of “dynamic frustration” is another way to discuss what you’re referring to. However, I wouldn’t necessarily say “we have no choice” because local minima can be very distinct particularly when aggregated within an individual organism making what seems to be “their priorities” be entirely distinct from another and yet because we are social beings, we can factor in the histories of others and societies into the internal weighings, adding to the complexity of the moment-to-moment assessments we make. https://www.nature.com/articles/nphys1028
