*Starch and Fat*
I was taking pot pies out of the oven and wondered, ”Why does pie taste so good?”
Flour – Wheat (Starch) and Crisco / Lard (Fat)
Buttered toast in the morning?
Wheat (Starch) and Butter (Fat).
Potatoes (Starch) and Peanut Oil (Fat)
All the good stuff.
Starch and Fat – or more specifically..
Carbs + Fat. 🙂 (think: Cookies!)
