SPRINT for 8 seconds to increase

^SPRINT for 8 seconds to increase Human Growth Hormone and fast twitch muscles. Sprinting means running at FULL SPEED. Do it gradually if you're out of shape. I've always been a great sprinter. Even as a kid, I could run for 30 seconds to a minute at full speed, beating everybody else. I can do it at 39. BUT it still wipes me out just like it did when I was 9. But long distance running? Forget it. Can't do it.^
