Sometimes when you’re afraid it doesn’t feel like fear. Instead your body just, crumbles, and you feel like you’re going to die.
But vitamins are a definite help. You may be low on something important. I’ve found that B12, Magnesium and Zinc – just regular doses daily, helps me with anxiety problems. It’s a set of vitamins that are sometimes missing from many diets around the world.
Iron is also a good possibility if you don’t have a strong meat diet.
I don’t know about others though. I have an American meat eating diet that’s not as high in veggies as I’d like, so I supplement. Also, American diets are low on Zinc. Zinc is good for immune system, and builds testosterone in the body. [its’ a chemical precursor] Just take standard amount of Zinc.Doctor is best of course, but if you refuse going to the doctor, then you need to educate yourself very well on vitamins and foods if you wish to go that route. Stay away from illegal/dangerous street drugs though; they’re unstable and dosages are undependable and could be addictive.
But yeah – you need something. Maybe a friend to walk with you even, change your schedule, change the route you take, etc.
Magnesium relaxes blood vessels. Calcium constricts blood vessels. Both are needed but in balance. Different eating habits/cultures have different amounts of minerals/vitamins in diets.
Potassium might also be something you can add a little of. Did you know that a common fix for stage fright is eating half a banana a 1/2 hour before the performance?
Walking in public is a performance. You are exposed from all sides, just as a performer is up on stage. Except you don’t know who your audience is in the shadows. That can be scary and anxiety provoking.
Maybe you just need a banana. Crippling problems sometimes have a shockingly simple solution. It can’t hurt to try and the possible solutions are very inexpensive.
