Numerous ways. Some through exploitative trade policies where we benefit > than suppliers. Some through more aggressive means such as taking leaders out of power and occupying. Some by supporting those who will take over land for us and supply us with whatever at a lower cost, using them as an intermediary to do the exploitation for us.
 
So, yeah, that’s off the top of my head. What else? I expect you have a list and I’m curious

I had to look up the term, but yeah. It’s a huge revenue source. I was implying oil in my response but I stayed away from specifics, because there’s equivalent ripoffs being done in other arenas – anything that’s tied in SOME way to the ‘value’ used in currency exchange. But oil is the most visible for sure.

 I might know more than you expect. Been around a few years here. Traded stocks, currency exchanges, other fun stuff. You do a LOT of research when you put your own $ on the line. But sure, go ahead. I’m always up for learning something.
